HOW WE RECRUIT

PROTECTIVE CARE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

At Protective Care Group, we apply common-sense to a diligent and safe approach to recruitment.

Our recruitment method

We make tough decisions not to hire based on 360 degree viewpoints gained from in-depth interviews, assessments days, referencing and DBS details. We focus on so much but at the core are people’s character and conduct, their motivations and attitude.

How we hire safely

At The Protective Care Group, we apply common-sense to a diligent and safe approach to recruitment. We make tough decisions not to hire based on 360 degree viewpoints gained from in-depth interviews, assessments days, referencing and DBS details. We focus on so much but at the core are people’s character and conduct, their motivations and attitude.

Our safe recruitment process aims to uncover so much about people that other processes simply don’t.

Our hiring process

We actually hire only 1% of those who apply. This is what it looks like:

Telephone Interview
an in-depth session with an experienced Recruiter

Feedback Discussion

Face to Face Interview
conducted by a Subject Matter Expert and the Recruiter

Feedback Discussion
with the candidate

Referencing & DBS Checks
in partnership with our Compliance team

Assessment Day
packed with challenging and realistic activities and scenarios

Feedback Discussion
with the candidate

Offer of Employment
only once DBS checks and references are verified
