OUR TEAM
PROTECTIVE CARE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
All of our staff are highly trained to support our young people in the best way possible. We look for very special people when we are recruiting. We put all care staff through an intense training and induction programme to ensure they are as skilled and as informed as possible when they start their role.
Our versatile and passionate team
Good relationships with consistent caregivers who are good role models are key to everything we do. We challenge young people’s behaviour, but we always do this in a way which supports them to make positive choices about their own lives and these are delivered in a bespoke manner as we fully understand that “one size” does not fit all.
Our Support Workers
Our support workers are special people, they are passionate about what we do and they are committed. We want to employ the best people we can, and have a robust recruitment and training process. We fully support our staff and have our own in house HR and welfare team and offer free counselling and support to all our support workers.
We have (to date) NEVER given up on any young person in our care and we are extremely proud of the fact our staff are so well trained and experienced that they can cope with situations above and beyond standard care and hence why we have become leaders in our field.
Our Head Office and Field Management teams
Our management team are passionate about caring and supporting young people and the staff around them.
Because our care packages are bespoke we have our own in house recruitment, training and HR teams.
These teams all work very closely together to provide the best care we can to our young people. We want to provide stability and a happy healthy environment for our young people to thrive in.
How do we build our teams?
We recruit all of our staff (Head office and Field staff) because they care. This is our starting point with everyone. We are building a team of passionate, genuine people who want our young people to excel. Our recruitment process is stringent and in depth, because we want the exceptional people to surround our young people. The exceptional field staff need to be supported by equally exceptional teams in Head Office. This is what we thrive to achieve.
