Strategic Partnerships Executive
Purpose: To identify, build and manage strategic partnerships that align with Protective Care Group’s growth plan, with a key focus on building strong, sustainable relationships with Local Authorities and other mission-aligned external organisations. This role will drive people growth opportunities through proactive engagement, strategic collaboration, and a solution focused approach to placement and workforce development.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key external stakeholders including Local Authorities and other sector partners.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities in line with organisational growth strategy.
- Act as a key liaison for all external partnership queries and opportunities within PCG
- Support collaborative planning with Procurement to forecast and fulfil future placement needs.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that meet both organisational and partner goals.
- Monitor partnership performance and ensure regular touchpoints are maintained.
- Work cross-functionally with Recruitment, Marketing, Compliance, Procurement, and Field Operations.
- Contribute to regional and national networking events and forums on behalf of PCG
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market, policy and sector trends to inform partnership activity.
- Represent the voice of external partners in internal strategy and planning sessions.

Knowledge & Experience
- A strong understanding of Protective Care Group’s services and values (or willingness to learn)
- Proven experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement or external relations
- Experience negotiating and managing agreements or service-level arrangements
- Track record of identifying and progressing new business or collaborative opportunities
- Knowledge of care sector, social impact organisations, or public sector partnerships is advantageous

This role is a full time, office-based position based in our Head Office in Elkstone therefore you will need to be able to travel to GL53 9PQ.
