Requirements

As a Deputy Manager, you’ll be leading day-to-day operations, guiding your team, and ensuring our young people continue to receive outstanding, trauma-informed care. You’ll help drive a positive team culture, support staff development, and uphold high standards across the home.

Secondments may arise across any of our North East teams, so flexibility with travel and location is essential.

You must have the following:

• Passed your 6 month probationary period
• Be enrolled and actively engaging in your Level 3/4 Diploma
• Have completed and up to date with all E-learning
• Endorsement from your line manager
